How many drinks does one capsule make?

No. You can make one drink at a time, then store the capsule in the fridge for your next use. There’s no need to close or reseal it — capsules don’t leak.

How does the machine know which capsule I inserted?

Every capsule has an NFC chip. When you insert a capsule, the machine automatically reads it and adjusts the dosing and flavor options.

Do Bello capsules need to be refrigerated?

Capsules are shelf-stable at room temperature before opening and have a shelf life of one year. Once opened, capsules must be stored in the fridge and should be used within 20 days.
